Villain is on the tight side preflop, but I felt that he was calling a lot of bets post-flop, so I thought that he was a bit tenacious post flop, and pretty straightforward overall.

The bet on the flop is just a standard bet to find out where I'm at. The turn and river bets are for value; I picked 1000 on the river because I thought he might call it with a queen or a busted draw. I don't know what his push might mean but I feel pretty well obligated to call it.

I'm not sure I like this line. I'd check the flop, your hand though it may be the best, can't be adequately protected, and may already be absolutely smashed. I look for as cheap a showdown as I can get, even after the turn comes, though I'd probably try for a check-raise there.
