Is this not a set 100% of the time? Should I bet less on the turn making my fold a lot easier?

Sure looks like it. Perhaps two pair. I'm inclined to slow down on my betting if I've represented a high pocket pair and I'm still getting action. I would have led the turn for ~$50-$60, but that probably doesn't make much of a difference.
