The villain in the hand has acquired the big stack with a mix of fishy play and good cards. He called a flop allin early to double up with just a flush draw (Kxs) on an A high board. He doesn't seem too aggressive though, but on the loose side.

Is preflop too aggro? I'm working on using position better, but this might be going to far. I didn't think the flop bet meant any great strength, so my thought was to call and reevaluate the turn. Maybe raise to try define my hand better on the flop?

Edit: My image is good so far. I made a similar size raise on the button earlier with AA and ended up stacking AK, and opened AK and called a short stack push.

Perfect!...IMO

Had he only t800'ish after calling your PFr, I'd probably put him to the test, pushing over on his flop lead. With this guy...I think you did very well.

Edit: He's basically paying YOU while he weakly sniffs out your PF "bluff" - and you're not overly committed if he gets punchy on the turn/river

In my experience, when a preflop caller bets into you on that kind of board, he has the Ace.

I fold preflop, but the rest is how I play it.
