Should I have checked the turn trying to induce a bluff on the turn or get an extra bet on the river?

Or do you think it would have mattered at all.

Opponent was pretty typical micro player.

Actually, I don't think you played bad. Yes, it hurts when that one hand you've been waiting for gives you a 5 BB pot but I don't think the CO had a queen or an ace so you weren't going to get paid off anyways.

Might as well check the turn. Nothing's calling that you have beat here. Meh all the way.
