Yes and yes. Although I don't like the min-raise in hand 2 - maybe go 3 BB

#1 is standard, and I also like #2 unless SB is tricky / aggro.

Hand 1 is very standard, break the small stacks.

Hand 2 I dont like the raise either, Im 3x or all-in here.
