I played this horribly on every street except preflop. I'm posting here to get berated soundly so I won't ever do it again.

reraise flop LARGE, if called or reraised slow down/be done with it.

HORRIBLE RIVER CALL...

haha, that was fun.

Raise more preflop. $21 minimum. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Raise that weak bet on the flop.

Raise that weak bet on the turn.

FOLD THE RIVER!!! What the heck you think she's betting all the way. She just made 3 kings: do the right thing and fold.

I don't like results in white. I have no discipline.

Me or villain?

I honestly think we should both have made some lists with this hand....

If you have any reads on villain, you really didn't play it so poorly.

call me crazy but i kinda like everything but the obvious river fold. what hands call a reraise that your afraid of here? JJ seems to be the only reasonable hand that's beating you and a reraise on the flop against that hand results in a nasty decision when he goes all-in. any card but the king hits and you get to put in a nice reraise on the river. I think the only place you might have made more with this hand is on the flop (hindsight I know) maybe this is why im still at NL100, but I've been working on getting more out of my big hands-not blowing my opponents off their second best hands etc.

She? Since when do we assume a poker player is a girl?

Flop call is fine. I don't see Villain having a draw here, and giving a card here isn't likely to kill your action. I probably get it all in on the turn given that Villain doesn't have much behind.

I didn't berate you, but can I still kick you in the nuts?

Final Pot 179.50? Isn't it be 226? You were getting almost 4-1 on the river call? I suspect you are behind with the second king falling, but I don't see how you can lay this down with those odds.

I would have to have a super reliable read to fold this river.

As much as I would be willing to kick you in the nuts /images/graemlins/wink.gif, that just doesn't seem right since you got the villain to blow off his whole stack with an underpair to the board. Be sure to note this hand in your PT notes on this guy so you can play AA against him exactly like this every time. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I'm going to have to go against the grain here and say that I would have played it the same. When he bets into you on the flop, I think this is WA/WB situation. He either flopped a set, has A-K, or is on a continuation bet. Any of those things puts you pretty well ahead or well behind. And well the king is the worst possible card for you, I think you have to call the river with those odds. I don't like it, but I think you have to. I don't know about this player, but most the time, you raise him on the flop you lose him. The way you played it, you ended up stacking him. I'm fine with it.

Raise the flop. Fold to a reraise. If he's still around, half-pot the turn and check behind on the river.
