I think you have to fire again on the river?

I thought about it...but my thought process was...

If he has any pair hes showing it down, and any pair probably beats me. If he has a club, its weak, and he's showing it down. I couldnt think of any other hand he'd call the turn with.

And for the most part...those hands are ones that would check behind on that board...

Would firing again on the river be an attempt to make him fold? or hope he's just got high card...

there's no point in betting the river. Check/fold.

I think you are beat when he called the turn.

I likely play it the same. Glad he checked through on the river. I'd likely fold to a bet since I think A-high will check through wanting to see a showdown. Only a completely missed 1-club hand could bluff bet this.

Enemy shows QT or something crazy...no club.

problem with the flop is he's either got 4 outs and will fold easily, has a bunch of outs and will probably 3-bet you and take a free card or showdown, or has you destroyed with a bigger pair with a club. checkraising really has no benefit.

you had better be folding that river

yeah i planned on folding, couldnt think of anything he'd call a turn with that i beat.
