I don't think it really matters how you play this actually. Waiting till 5th seems perfectly reasonable to me, though playing it "straight" sometimes is fine too.

In general I don't like slowplaying in this game.

Almost NO ONE limp/folds in this game. Because A. people don't think of saving the 2nd half of the bet and B. the BI is HUGE.

So I raise 3rd here.

I'm fine with trying to keep the BI around on 4th...this also might allow you to get in an extra bet in on 5th.

5th is good

6th I don't put in the cap here unless you have one of the "special" 2/4 players

7th is fine...I wouldn't expect many 2/4 players to be c/ring you here
