Anyone else having neteller problems. Cant log in or access log in page.

They say know at there site that they have a routine system maintenance...

Yeah great time for routine maintenance, right before prime time in the US. I have a feeling it is not routine there is a major server issue. Routine ones are usually done from 2-6am ET.

Gee...what a coincidence. Today I did a search for threads with NETELLER in subject header to answer a question I had on the site.

The majority of threads are "is Neteller down?" threads like this one.

How 'bout more folks ASSUME Neteller is down when its not working and give it an hour? Or better yet, call Neteller at (866) 383-5537 and ask, "is your system down, or is my account locked for some reason?"

I just called customer service and asked them if they were down. They said it wasn't. I asked why their site said that the system was down, and they asked what browser I use. Firefox. Don't use Firefox, they say. Use Internet Explorer. I used it. It works. Site is not down... they just don't like firefox.

I was using IE and Firefox both and neither connected.

I pretty much never have problems with Neteller using Firefox...
