Wife and kids are going to be gone for the weekend. It looks like rain.

I have never seen Lost, Enterouge or any other series on any of the pay channels (yes I know Lost was on regular TV)


Which one should I pick up for the weekend?

You've got the weekend to yourself and you're going to blow it on this crap? Man... if you must watch this [censored], at least pretend like you're watching it for your wife and you can kill some "quality time" while you're at it.

Man, you pose a real tough question. I guess it depends on how much time you have on your hands. If you are willing to watch about 19 hours of TV - go for Lost (25 episodes of 45 mins each)- it's awesomeness is hard to explain. If you don't have that kind of time on your hands - go the Entourage route (which will run you about 7.5 hours for the 18 episodes at 25-30 mins each).

Of course, watch both if you really want to couch potato it. You won't be disappointed.

Watch Entourage as it is pure awesomeness and won't take up your WHOLE weekend.

Lost had like 4 good episodes, tops.
If you must watch something my vote would be for Deadwood.

If you haven't already seen Band Of Brothers then you should take this opportunity to rectify the situation. Otherwise Deadwood is a great show to watch when the family is gone.

I was going to flame the guy who said watch Deadwood cause Lost sucks - but it seems like I may be missing out on this show (never watched it). I will withhold all flaming till I watch at least a few episodes. If it sucks donkey cock, I'll be back to reprimand your asses for steering the guy away from Lost.

You can knock out the first season of Entourage in under 4 hours, and it's fantastic.
