poker tracker and NL Hold Em

so i have used PT for limit play forever. now i am dabbling in NL and i can't get my hand histories to import. i searched this once and couldn't find anything, but maybe i just did not look hard enough. nonetheless, i need help. is there a setting to change, a new database, an update or what? any help would be appreciated.

What site are you playing? I've never had a problem at the IGM skins or Paradise.
