Turbos, definitely.

I suck at poker, but have a fair grasp of maths and have done my homework on the later stages of a SnG. (Thanks, Eastbay and everyone on this forum!)

On turbos, I make more $/tourney and spend less time on each tourney, so $/hr is significantly higher.
