BB checks, UTG bets, MP3 folds, Hero calls, BB calls.

Final Pot: 18.25 BB

UTG is a buddy list 40% VP$IP LAP who tonight had been steady at 90% VP$IP pfr 25, pfa 1.23.

Odd situation here with the BB in, although he's just a terrible buddy list loose passive who folds a lot on the river. I think I can safely fold to UTG's 3-bet if BB coldcalls as his WtSD is somewhat low, and definitely if BB does a check/3-bet. HU I'd be raising UTG's river donkbet and calling his 3-bet.

Are you saying you were confused between folding/calling or raising/calling on the river?

Anyway, I think you played it fine.

HU I'd raise/call UTG's bet 100%

What does this mean?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I'm not folding at all unless BB shows aggression, just wondering about a value raise.

I don't really see much value in a river raise here.

I don't like that. You say he is passive postflop (do you have his agg factor?). You will be seeing a ten more often than you think on the river. If he doesn't have a ten, he's not going to call your raise very often so I would just call.

Also, there is no chance a passive player is 3-betting this river with a hand you beat so I wouldn't call if you raise either.

Him being as donkish tonight is the reason I'm calling a 3-bet, otherwise I'd agree. He's relatively passive, but donkbets are awfully common, and he's so unpredictable tonight I'm uncomfortable folding to his 3-bet. postflop aggression is 1.45
