Well, i just got my Dell 2001FP today. It is beautiful. Anyway, i decided to begin 4 tabling ASAP.

THE GOAL : Yea, i dont have a goal.

I'm dropping down from the $22s to the $11s to get used to 4 tables. Hopefully in 2 weeks i'll be back at the 20s.

Any last minute advice would be great. Thanks

Jason

I assume you've at least two tabled. Before I first started 4-tabling, I worked from 1 to 2 to 4 tables.

My 4-tabling start:

I started 2 tables and waited until mid-level 3 of those 2 tables. I would then start 2 more tables, which would let me concentrate on the bubble play of two tables while folding most hands on the other two. I would recomend starting this way.

I just got a new monitor today too...its only a 17 inch Dell something..but i still like it a lot.

I am 4-tabling for the first time at the 22's tonight...Good luck!

Results of first set.
1st, 1st, 3rd, 6th.

Yes, i've been 2 tabling for the last few months.

I started all 4 at the same time, and i didnt have much trouble focusing around the bubble. Then again, in the $10s there isn't much thinking to be done.

Hopefully things will continue like this.

They won't. Variance is a bitch. You will drop sets, and often.

Don't expect to be finishing 75 % ITM with a ridiculous ROI all the time, I don't think you were, but I am just making sure ;-).

heh, not quite. I know my 75% ITM will drop. /images/graemlins/frown.gif Oh well. I think i'll stick with the 10's for the week and move back up to the $22s soon after.

I started 4 tabling when i began online poker and have had little trouble with it. It defenitly helps you from playing garbage hands out of boredom!

Learned the hard way: Just because you have two or more tables popping up simultaneously doesn't mean you shouldn't spend 3-5 seconds considering your decision. Autofolding is fine, but insta-clicking nontrivial decisions is almost certainly -EV.
