This is one area of my game where I feel very lost. Against a decent opponent, ie someone who is willing to raise this turn on a semi-bluff or with a made hand, but not completely passive or a maniac, how do you play these situations? I know that this is highly player dependant and there won't be general guidelines as to call down everytime or fold every time, but in general, how do you approach these hands?
