UTG is loose passive, like 76/2/.69. MP is loose-passive also. CO seems Taggy. CO bets a 6,Q or draw here 100% of the time. SB is about a 30% vpip guy, passive preflop, will bet top pair bad kicker here, not sure about a six.

I'm planning on check-folding the river here.

Seems alike a pretty clear bet. Against a more aggressive oppoonent you could check to induce a bluff, but this guy seems to passive for that.
