Depositing to Eurobet from Neteller?

What am I missing here? There is no deposit from neteller option in the cashier window. I did a search of the Internet forum but couldnt find anything about depositing, only withdrawing.

I've read somewhere around here that sometimes NETeller is unavailable for Eurobet, so you just have to play the waiting game.

EDIT - BTW, I just checked, and NETeller is up there for me.

Contact them and ask them to enable the Neteller deposit option for you. Easy as that.

One would think it would be so easy. But I emailed them a request to enable Neteller for deposit and this is the reply I got:

Uh ok. I already know this, and Neteller is not listed. I will continue to investigate. This is starting to tick me off.

You need to deposit into the sportsbook with neteller and then transfer the balance over to your poker account. I did it today and worked fine.

There kinda is a sportsbook-specific cashier, at least for withdrawals.

Go to the main Lobby (the one with the table listings).

Click on Cashier at the bottom of the page. A couple IE windows pop up. You can ignore the one with the random info on it; the small one is the one you want.

Click on Deposit up top.

Neteller should be listed. I presume that you are already at this point and for some reason Neteller isn't listed as a deposit option. If it's not there, then you need to 'register' your Neteller account with your Eurobet account somehow. I did this when I first set up the Eurobet account, and when I go to the Neteller deposit page my account # is already there. You might need to call their support to figure this out...

Internet Explorer > Settings > Advanced: uncheck "Reuse open windows for shortcuts" (or similar wording).

Ahh, the old Support-Staff-Has-No-Clue-Themselves scenario. Kind of like a bitter sweet old friendship. I guess you have to endure the ordeal until you get hold of a guy who knows how Eurobet back office is run.

Here is a toll free number 866-320-3017. It is only open European business hours. So, if you call now you should be fine. I have heard from customers that sometimes they don't answer that line. I logged into my account and see that I can deposit from Neteller. So, it is not offline right now. I hope this helps.

edit: I just called and they are picking up. so you should be able to get the situation worked out. FWIW, almost all situations with Eurobet are easier to resolve over the phone than through email. We are always telling our customers that.

I think I figured out the problem. When I signed up, I got added to the Coral server? I didnt realize they used different deposit methods and apparently coral doesnt support Neteller but Eurobet does...so I guess I am screwed. I am a US user, is there any way to get my account moved to Eurobet from Coral or am I just going to have to suck it up for now?
