Now I like bluffing. But i'm not the sort of guy to bluff at small pots, it doesn't really interest me, I see it as a waste of time.
However I am a big fan of abusing the player on the button in one way or another, whether it be checking the nuts, or pushing him off a hand.
I always let the guy on the button choose his own fate, i'm kind like that. If he wants to check it down, that's cool. But if he bets, and something just doesn't look right about it, then i'm going to move him off it if I can.

What the interesting thing is that needs to be discussed is, what size bet should be made to move someone off a hand you think they have missed yet are betting at....

That looks about the right amount, if you have that read.

FWIW I think I would've semibluffed on the turn. But if you're going to wait for a river check-raise, that looks about right. Somewhere between minimum 2x raise and a 3x raise is a good amount for giving the appearance that you just want to be paid off as incentive for folding while not risking the full 4x maximum.
