What should I have done here?

I think I should have bet the flop, but I didn't have a deep stack and was scared of being outkicked. I think my play was weak tight though.

i would have check/raised this weak flop bet (t200)...and fold to a push-reraise.

the other option is to simply check/call. i can't see folding even this TP to the min-bet.
