Hard to say without any reads. But I would lean to it being a bad play. You are probably at best a coin flip. The guy raised 1/3 of his stack.

What is the normal steal raise? Has this guy made this size of raise before? Has he been active?

Tough one. I've never played the turbos so unless there is something I am missing, I think its a fold.
