I've always double knotted my shoelaces, from the first day I learned how to tie my shoes.

Why would this make you old?

Geezer.

Also, my 3-1/2 year old has begun calling me "Pops" instead of Dad, Daddy or something else. I have no idea where he came up with this, but for some reason this makes me feel older. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have a pair of Rockports that are great, but I swear they must coat the laces with teflon. If I don't double-knot them, they come undone every five minutes or so.

How old? At 40, I thought I was the oldest person who visits OOT.

Oh, and my 7 year-old has recently started calling me "Dad" instead of "Daddy." So sad...
