Raising the turn = bad idea. You could easily be behind and you can't fold to a 3-bet.

What do you think a turn raise will accomplish?

Calling the river is just throwing away a BB imo. The rest of it seems fairly reasonable though I would probably just call the flop 3-bet when it gets HU.
