Windows 2000 and early XP boxes are vulunerable - causes reboots of the CPU - it's messy (hit CNN) -
My company was aware of the exploit 4 days ago and were patching like crazy - knowing it was GONNA come.
here's some info - http://it.slashdot.org/it/05/08/16/2247228.shtml?tid=220&tid=188

Blech. My entire company was hit today (Minneapolis). 2k users either had spontaneous reboots every 5 minutes or so, or got a black screen upon reboot prompting you to do a repair install. Ugly. XP machines on my floor were unaffected. Consequently I did very little work from 2-5. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
Got it at work. Everyone left early as IT tried to deal with it.

Does it also slow down your OS? Mine was crawling last night - didn't get the reboot - but did get a reboot last week. I dowloaded the patch for XP SP2, rebooted, and it worked fine.
