I had signed up for Empire over the weekend and emailed rakeback.com about all the details and such. I went to check my account today and it had nothing in it and it turns out I used the wrong sign up bonus code (I used bonuswhores.com).

Is there any way I can switch either the bonus code I entered or switch to using the bonuswhores rakeback(if they have one)?

Have you entered your real money information. If not start up a new account with different email because they dont know your name or address.

I have no more comps to sign up on...I have mine and my in-laws and now they're both used. I've been searching on how to clean up but with no success in the internet gambling section /images/graemlins/confused.gif

1. CONTROL PANEL - Add/Remove Programs : Delete Party Poker

2. MANUALLY DELETED the PartyPoker folder from "Program Files". Seems that Step 1 didn't catch this.

2. REGEDIT: Delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software-> PartyPoker folder from the registry.

3. REGEDIT: Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE-> Calculator

In a previous thread there was some debate re: deleting the entire calculator folder or just the UCID key within the folder. I accidentally deleted the entire calculator folder - no ill effects thus far.

3. FIREFOX AND IE: Delete all cookies, cache, and history.

4. SEARCH ALL FILES AND FOLDERS FOR "PARTY". Discovered an entry in PreFetch - C(system drive):/windows/prefetch
Deleted this entry

5. SEARCH THE REGISTRY - for any additional keys relating to "PARTY" - no notable hits.

6. REBOOT - double checked -> all deleted files, keys, etc... remained deleted.

7. INSTALLED Empire with a different email address - didn't even try to use the same addy. Just set a mail filter to send all Empire correspondence to my secondary Poker address Inbox for simplicity.

All other pertinent info remained the same - name, username, street address, Neteller.

8. REINSTALLED PARTY

9. REBOOTED AND TESTED both accounts - NO PROBLEM

not sure if this still works but it used too

Where I live the libraries have security on their machines that prevents software installations and many other things (e.g. cookie cleanup) you would want to do at signup.

Do you bypass this security or are your libraries different?

Besides, how do you know that others won't use the same PC for Party? Want to be databased as a "related account" with people you don't even know?

Format the existing hard drive, or purchase a new hard drive and reinstall windows / ie. (firefox if you're adventurous)

Alternatively, go to a community college and use their computer, as many of those places "ghost" the computers every night.

Erm guys, the easy thing about Eurobet is that your affiliate signs you up and tells you the account details (at least mine did). No clean computer is needed. To the OP, if you want to know mine, PM me, they seem pretty good. (They are in the classifieds anyway, so I don't feel too bad.)

There is no need to make this post a sticky as the steps outlined do not make a lick of difference in whether or not you can install multiple party skins. I know because I authored the original post.

The Original (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=inet&Number=1738312&Forum= f14&Words=&Searchpage=0&Limit=250&Main=1738312&Sea rch=true&where=bodysub&Name=14272&daterange=1&newe rval=100&newertype=w&olderval=&oldertype=&bodyprev =#Post1738312)

Post was developed as an experiment back in February. Party had recently forced an upgrade which scanned your system for other skins - preventing you from opening a new account if another skin's software was detected.

People were trying various things to circumvent the detection. I attempted to install Empire on a machine where Party was already installed. I used some of the tips and tricks pulled out of the zoo and expanded on them. It worked for some (myself included) however did not work for most others.

It is highly unlikely that any of the steps in this guide have anything to do with whether or not you will be able to apply another skin on the same computer.

The simple solution is to install from a clean computer - this will work 100% of the time. Go to a library, your girlfriend's house, whatever works for you....

Making this post a sticky won't help anyone as it will only mislead and cause people to waste a lot of their time. Time to let it die an honorable death.

Thanks for the tips Jay. Quite easy and painless. At first I was very upset at how I f'd up but now I feel good about it and that I posted it here since I'm now playing at MultiPoker with a rakeback deal and got another $100 sign up bonus and I plan on doing this to the rest of the Party skins as well.

Thanks again.
