I dont have a specific example since i dont quite dont kno where to apply the concept. I guess it would do with ICM, but for instance why would we know that it is correct to fold AK on the bubble? I remember seeing one post on how that your range up against this hand is like % and you need to win this % to break even . How do you get those numbers.

this is a VERY general question. maybe you should start with the link in the faq thats under the icm heading that is titled "dethgrind gives a clinic." i doubt anyone is going to give you a straight up lesson from the ground up right here and now because... well... that would take a very very long time.
