Questions:
1) Should I even have bothered to play this hand?
2) Since I did, I feel as though I played all streets bad. What was bad about them?

Reads: UTG+2 I've seen play one hand and it was a raise with 99 from middle position which he bet 'till showdown. SB is an idiot who'll call with any piece.

Call down mode if UTG+2 leads again on the turn, or check-raises?

Fold preflop. While your hand can play alright versus a lot of raising hands, you need others in the pot to make it worthwhile.

Once you flop top two you have to jam the flop. Your hand is vulnerable to an overpair, but you are ahead.
The chances anyone has a set or str8 are very slim, and if they do you have outs.
