I think you think this is interesting because a push could win you a bunch of free money from the raiser, right? I still fold here. The raiser would be getting a pretty good price on calling your all-in.

i briefly considered calling with the idea that the button will check down if he misses and fold to your bet if you flop a pair. but you need the chips if you want to have FE after your blinds. fold.

Consider the minraise by the button, the sb is pushing any 2, and either the button knows this or failed to take into account the sb stack size.

I'd grit my teeth and fold. It's a pretty bad spot, and after your SB you don't have much FE, but I don't like reraising all-in here, because chances are you aren't even a 2-1 dog and you're not getting anything close to that if he calls. I'm interested in what other people think Tuesday's chances of folding to an all-in reraise are. Calling is no good.

there you go. So, what does his minraise suggest? Either he's a donk who tried to steal and didn't notice the stacks or he wants to go HU with the obvious any 2 sb will push.

If you were on the button, what would your play be PF?

If he calls with 55+ - A7o+ I'm a 62-38 dog, but factor in the dead chips if he folds.

There is only one discussion here. Will button fold to a push from SB? If button folds to a push, hero is risking 50 chips to win 825. This is definately an opportunity for chip accumulation.

There is a second, smaller point to consider. Does hero's image get tarnished here by this strategic move?

I think a push here is extraordinarily creative, thus I lean in that direction.
