Help me figure out why I lose money with JJ. (Long.)

Using Poker Office to review my stats, I recently discovered that JJ has been one of my most losing hands. I have tried to correct for this by becoming stupidly weak/tight with Jacks.

OK, here are a bunch of my JJ hands prior to my line change JJ. I removed some results because I thought they would interfere with the discussion.

Anything jumping out as a problem? If something seems goofy, give me a chance to explain. (The last hand, for example.)

I take it that you were certain that your opponent would raise if you just called? With the blinds this huge, I raise pre-flop here. JJ is very strong heads up, but I don't like calling unless I'm certain villain will raise. You've probably been raising alot anyway, why not just raise again here?

Overall, I like the way you played JJ. You played them very aggressively, as they should be IMO.

overall, i agree with 45's analyses here.

what jumped out at me when i went over these was the jj in the hu hand. what was your thought process here? i think it is a big mistake to slow play this hand.

and yes, on the full house hand you should bet more on the river.

overall, im not seing where it could be that you lost a lot of equity with jj in general. were you leaving the terribly played hands out or something?;)

yeah, i hate giving free cards in this spot here too. often times in this spot ill just randomly fire without thinking because i know im vulnerable and want to take it down right away. the point is, that i try to get myself to stop and think about my opponent since this situation is entirely dependent on the probability of him/her firing a cbet.

with absolutely no reads, i think your play is standard for me.

I know what you're saying but there's absolutely no reason to put your opponent on spades here. Heads-up, I think that most opponents will C-bet in his position anyway. But you have the J of spades, so it wouldn't be a complete disaster if another spade fell. I'm not particularly worried about a heads up opponent having two of a suit just because the flop is two suited.
