No, I would fold both. Look at the stack of BB in the first one also. In hand 2 the blinds simply aren't high enough to be pissing about.

Wow, I must be getting better at this. The first one, that was the exact reason I folded. The stack size of the BB is just screaming - I'm gonna call you.
