I don't know wether this is a leak, I didn't think about it until hand, but consideration to position post flop.

I could understand the flop call getting 6-1 if I was closing the action, but with so many players still to act and the high probability of a raise if any of them has an ace, I'd fold this in an instant.

I fold these situations.
Not last to act, tainted diamond outs, and you only have odds to call for 2pr+trips if others come along with you.

I have a backdoor flush and 5 very clean outs. Folding might be better but I felt peeling was OK here. I fold without the BD flush draw though.
