The spiral to my "true 'win'rate" continues. (To be honest, I was running white hot to start, now I run bad -- the truth lies somewhere in between.)
Villan here is arsed, for all I know. Note: this is not a joke hand. How I ever make money playing poker is waaay beyond me (oh I know: I got lucky, just like the fish.)
Absolute Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 Max, 6 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)
Preflop: Heroine is BB with 5/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
3 folds, Button raises, SB calls, Heroine calls.
I defend my blind because I am a loose fish, and a pair is better than AK right?!?!?
Flop: (6 SB) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Heroine checks, Button bets, SB calls, Heroine calls.
Ooh wow I flop a set and wait until the turn to raise... because only people with sets raise the flop!!! They're never see this coming!!!
Turn: (4.50 BB) A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Heroine checks, Button checks.
So I decide to checkraise the turn to extract maximum value. I mean, that is how tournament pros make thier money, by baiting people with top pair into going all-in with their slowplayed set. LOL the fish chasing that ace is so pwned... hey what the [censored] they checked through?! Bill Fillmaff bets that turn!
River: (4.50 BB) 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
SB bets, Heroine folds, Button folds.
So I get this, and I deserve it. A set on a 4-straight 4-flush board in a tiny pot because I absolutely failed to build any kind of pot whatsoever. As fitting punishment I should re-read "Winning Low Limit Hold'em" and play .02/.04 Hold'em until I can beat that game for more than .1 BB/100 hands.
Gord I suck so much ass.
Final Pot: 5.50 BB
(For anyone playing at home, I did have the sense to stop playing for the night after this hand.)
