Jokerswild Banned

I have just banned the username "jokerswild" for: malicious misrepresentation, and vicious name-calling.

I would like to ban his IP as well but don't yet know how to do this. Any suggestions?

As I recall, jokerswild has been banned before, and later returned under new usernames (on the older forum software if not on this software). That is why I would like to ban his IP address, but I don't know how to find out his IP address.

Banning ip addresses has been proven ineffective as they are almost never static. This results in the user being able to get back quickly and occasionally blocking other users.
