Blinds were gonna go up while i was in the BB, figured that i should try to get get some blinds before they go up, since many people werent being called.

IMO, making this move from UTG isn't going to work in the long run with that many people behind you yet to act. Fold and wait for a better hand/position. You still have roughly 7 blinds, and can afford to wait one more pass of the blinds. Also, if the blinds are about to go up, that shorter stack behind you will get hit harder, and sooner. That's also worth waiting for.

I'm assuming it was folded around to you but I can't tell...

I wouldn't normally make this play, but if it has been working a lot (and people don't seem to be making any adjustments to it) then it seems like a fine play.

if you had 500 chips, maybe. but not with 1100. you will still have a stack that has folding equity when you push after you fold this and fold your two blinds, so you're not in desperate enough position to need to push here.
