If the SB's range of hands is AA-JJ, AK /images/graemlins/club.gif this is a clear call.

Edit: clear call of the all in. BTW I think you played this hand well.

I follow the 5/10-rule and with position vs. a pretty tight raiser, this is a no brainer call for me, and should be for you too.

It's a concept brought forth by Reuben and Ciaffone in "Pot- & No Limit Poker". It basically says that you should always call a raise with small-medium PP:s or SC:s if it's less than 5% of villians or your stack, whichever is samllest, and you should never call a raise w/ PP:s and SC:s if it's more than 10% of shortest stack. Between 5% and 10%, you should use your judgement. It also states that you need position for it to be valid, but my own experince says that position is almost only to consider with SC:s and not PP:s. Concerning PP:s it plays alot smaller role atleast.

What I look for when "using my judgement" in between 5% and 10% is moslty general skill of PFR, if he'll overplay TPTK/over pair etc. I also look at PFR%. The more pre-flop passive, the better.
