Just fold against all but the most maniacal players. It looks like this guy is pretty conservative too given his chip count. A 3xBB UTG raise often means a big pair (among other things). If he does have AK or AQ here, he'll usually make a continuation bet on the flop (which still looks like a possbile big pair), so it'll cost you too much of your stack to define your hand postflop. Not to mention the fact you'd hate a reraise behind you preflop, and there are still several players to act.

If you had doubled up in the tourney already (and hence had a much bigger stack), there's nothing wrong with calling another big stack's UTG raise to t90 with your 88 and hoping to stack him if an 8 flops.

If you had a few less chips, an all-in raise might not be bad to try to double up, but you have too many chips for that right now.

You'll find better spots for your chips if you're patient.
