I have a friend who recently moved to 5/10 6-max and when I looked at his stats the other day my eyeballs nearly fell out of their sockets. His Won $ When Saw Flop is 48.39%!!!!!!!

Does this just mean he has been the luckiest player alive?

His Won $ at SD is only 50.94, so does that just mean he has taken down a ton of pots uncontested?

Can anyone explain this?

Thanks,
Cartman

HANDS = 20617
VPIP = 26.63
VPIP IN SB = 29.43
FOLDED SB TO STEAL = 82.65
FOLDED BB TO STEAL = 52.46
ATT TO STEAL BLINDS = 40.42
WON $ WHEN SAW FLOP = 48.39
BB/100 = 3.52
WENT TO SD = 35.03
WON $ AT SD = 50.94
RAISED PF = 19.27

FLOP AF = 2.39
TURN AF = 2.46
RIVER AF = 1.55

I'm at 43.74% through 5,000 hands at 5/10 and 10/20 - whats the standard?

jesus christ. luckbox (20k isn't much in 6max) or greatest player alive.

Around 40 but I'm sure it depends on your vpip (mine is 27%).

I mean I'm running at like 45% through 15k hands or so. And I thought I was the biggest luckbox at $10/20 short.

48.5% just makes me hard. Yes, I know you wanted that visual.

You would need to know what % of his hands are 6 players at a table.

I would guess hes played alot of 2-3 handed,

Or games with more players, maybe he picks the tightest tables to play at, or games with the tightest blinds as his game selection.

I would say 43WSF is high at 6 max

It was entirely 4-6 handed.

I'd say he is playing in tighter/weaker games than we do.

Ok, well my VPIP is 23.6% (yes, I'm one of those tighties you lags laugh at)

Clearly there is some correlation. I could probably drop 3-5 points off my VPIP and get my won when saw flop somewhere near your friends rate.

your buddy's stats are very very nice, especially considering he just moved to 6-max (unless he just moved from 3/6 or something). mines 46 over 40k 10/20 hands but it was 42 at 5/10. I've run great at 10/20 though and probably around normal at 5/10

it's pretty obvious though that he's running good. I ran at a sick rate for my first 20k hands fo 10/20 and it was over 50

The more tight and aggro you are preflop and the more loose and aggro you are post, the higher should this be, so I dont necesarelly think itīs a great thing.

My W$WSF is 49.76 after 9353 hands at 3/6 6max on party

Some of it is not 6 handed but the majority is.

My vpip is 29.76 and my pfr is 23.27

Maybe im a luckbox, or maybe the 3/6 games on party are that soft

that seems like a good recipe for success. you build up big pots preflop getting the best of it, and have to loosen up postflop because you're getting better pot odds to draw out or because you might have the best hand.

Doesn't seem that unusual for a good run over a small number of hands.
For the 5/10 6max mine is 42.5%
