Interesting hand, I'd have raised preflop, although I would interested in what other people would do. I play more in the 11s. Nice to see you over here /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Laying down QQ in a $22 is IMHO, just plain bad. I would never have done this. I would have reraised preflop to t200, planning to call an all-in.

Was there a lot of min-raising up to this point?

I think you need to raise in order to define your hand. Hopefully that will narrow to 1-2 other players. At that point, you have to call the all-in.

I also don't mind a push with the possibility of picking up 195 chips uncontested.

So you never give your opponents credit for KK or AA, even when they are notorious for minraising monsters ?

Obviously, I haven't played a ton of 22's, but even at 25NL I'd be cautious with ladies when there's this kind of donk action preflop.

If the general sentiment amongst 22SNG players is to never let go of QQ preflop, then I will take good note. But it does seem -EV instinctively. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I have played thousands of 33s and below.

I can't ever think of a time I have laid down QQ preflop in a situation like this, and I do not think I ever will.

Raise more the first time it is sent to you, like someone said, 200 or so and call those all ins.

You will get shown everything from AJ to 22 to 56s to a bunch of other dumb stuff.

The times you get shown AA and KK... count it as a bad beat.

Awesome. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Btw, I avoided a "bad beat" that time. The 3rd raiser had AA. The first raiser had TT. The other one had some donk connectors.
