Yeah, now would be the time to fold it. If you are feeling lucky, you can push but I like a fold here.

Considering your stack, this has to be a push or fold situation, and I lean toward folding. The min-reraise almost always means TT+ or AK, so you're no better than even money, and that's disregarding the original raiser, who could have anything. Live to fight another day.
