I would recommend this book to experienced players. The book does not offer any type of strategy, instead it offers many thoughts that most poker players should know, yet they forget.
I don't know if it will help anyones game, however I enjoyed reading it. For those who liked Zen and the Art of Poker, they will enjoy this book also.
