I'll try and keep this short:
I've been playing NL HE semi serious for about 6 months, casually for about 2 years, I've probably played 100-200k hands over these 2 years (I didn't have PT for a while)
I can make ~$40/hour (hopefully this will be steadilly increasing)
I just saw some PT stats from a guy I know who started last June, and is now beating the 30/60 for $400 and hour over 235 hours. I don't know if he's making this much more than me simply becuase he is a better player, limit is more lucrative, or both (and if both, in what proportions)
Of course I am jealous. My question:
What are the chances I would be making a lot more money in the long run if I switch to limit? Had I played limit instead of NL, what would you estimate my hourly rate to be?
