MP (really UTG+1) is a LAG. He plays a lot of hands and has been winning with aggressive play, taking down a lot of uncontested pots and winning when he's called.

I find it peculiar that he didn't cap the flop, but he raised the turn. He also called my pre-flop raise very quickly as-if he didn't even contemplate a 3-bet.

I have the 4th nuts (KT, T8, QQ) on a draw heavy board. What's my plan here? If I'm good here, what river cards should particularly scare me?

3 Bet this all the time. Of course KT is a possibility but so is AQ KQ even QTs against a lag. QQ is highly unlikely according to your read as he would three bet 90% of the time. I think your way ahead and the T 8 and K are the scariest cards. A club is also unwelcome as it seems he may have waken up with a flush draw. I think your good though.

3 bet. There's about a hundred hands that a true LAG would play this way, and you're only beat by 2 of them (KT and QQ), and QQ seems so unlikely (no 3-bet preflop), that really only leaves KT. And if he does, well you have 10 outs.

Is this a trick question?

River cards I would dislike: Kings and Tens.

3-bet.

I immediately figured he had T8. FLOP: He semi-bluffed with the OESD and then slowed down when 3bet. Once he made his straight, he wasn't afraid anymore.

I ignored my read and 3bet the turn. And this is what bothers me - I usually ignore my reads and make the "book" play.

MP indeed had T8 of clubs for the second nut straight. I rivered a queen to take the 21BB pot.
