At what level in Party Poker do you really need to practice good table scouting?

At the 25 and so far what i've seen at the NL50 tables, you really don't need to scout your tables too much.
Most tables will be pretty good, and just finding a couple of your "favorite" players is enough as well.

Those are my observations at least.
So i'm just curious where good table scouting comes into play. 100NL? 200NL?

anythougths from those with more experience?

A follow-up question: what do you look for in a table? i don't play the higher levels (usually play 50NL) but was curious. Other than buddies and average pot, how do you tell the difference?
