How's this:

UTG is 69/8/.5, SB and BB are relatively tight (20/30 VPIP)

5 handed, hero is CO with KTo.

UTG calls, hero raises.

1. Do I more often than not have the best hand? check
2. Do I have position? check
3. Am I likely to isolate a poor player? check
4. Should I raise? check

At 3/6 i've been a bit reluctant to isolation raise much because peole cold-call a lot. He described fairly tight blinds. Assume the players yet to act on the button, SB and BB are typical 3/6 players with vpip of 35-45%. How do my baseline isolation standards here look?

Against a single limper from the Button:
55+, A4s+, K8s+, QJs, QTs, JTs, A8o+, KTo+

Against a single limper from the CO:
88+, A8s+, KTs+, QJs, QTs, JTs, ATo+, KJo+

If there is more than 1 limper, i just overlimp with the suited hands/pairs.

I think your standard raises here look good.
But like you said the 3/6 game is so full of mega donks prepared to cold call anything you have to have a good idea of the chances of your iso-raise working.

"Against a single limper from the CO:

You don't open with 88 & A10o regardless of position/limpers?

Alot of these hands probably become value raises, not just for isolation purposes, if the field's cold-calling tendencies are really high, as you suggest.
