I've seen villain play for all of 7 hands now. FWIW, his current VPIP is in the 70s (this is at 0.50/1), and I've seen him push a marginal hand hard but I haven't seen him bluff in any of those 7 hands.

Is this an easy fold? Looking at the converted hand seems pretty cut and dry, but I know that the regulars here get pretty angry when someone lets go of a decent pair to a scare card.

Also, if we pretend this is a 5/10 hand, is it still an easy fold?

Yes, easy fold. The pot is so small that you don't have to worry about this one. If the guy was more aggro and the pot was large, then you'd be in a tough spot.
