CO is 36/8/1 over 1200 hands
Button is 58/1.5/1.3 over 330 hands

I cr'd the flop thinking I was probably still best and I could back off the pfr on the turn with a bet out. Then the damn button comes along. Is there any other way to play this? I gotta call the river right, or should I check/fold or bet/fold instead?

I'm not sure I reraise pre flop. Good chance for trapping with an A or K on the flop.

Preflop is fine, but I'm check-calling that flop.

Since you raised on the flop, the rest of the hand is fine. Button's got a 3, but I can't get myself to fold that river.

I don't think you're spewing if you think you had the best hand on the flop like you said. Your c/r dropped CO, so that's good. (What did he cap w/ and then fold to a c/r?) Button never raised in the hand, and his numbers suggest he'll play anything. You have to see a showdown, and I think you played it well, although you could be looking at a split. If you fold AK all the time shorthanded at party 1/2, you'll leave money out there.

When a person with an 8% PFR caps preflop in a non-resteal 3-way situation, then I would start narrowing down his hands to AQs+/AK/TT+. Based on this info, I would check-call the flop and check-fold the turn unimproved.

Not re-raising this PF would be criminal, BTW.
