A) My best friend has never shot a gun in his life. And he's a twitchy fellow. So, no deal.

B) A champion shooter isn't going to miss from that distance. $1 million should do it, but you could probably talk me down a little.

you can probably assume that the 5 year old will not hit anything even close to you, at worst he hits you body somewhere and you live 70% of the time. so i say about 20 million for 5 year old.
