Bet when the A comes &amp; fold to a raise. If you have people with you at the river, check/fold if you don't improve.

I also very rarey open with KJo UTG, but I think thats mroe a style thing.

If you are certain that neither of these guys is folding anything that beats you, do you still bet this turn?

I like a bet here, you get folds alot and you can see a showdown (where you do have SOME value ) if you miss.

I'll call a raise here, but it doesn't happen very often.

To give myself more options on the turn. Plus, they can't fold if I don't bet.
