How many ways can villian have JQ? 16?

How many ways can villian have a K?

How many ways can villian have a T or 6?

There are 16distinctive ways to hold QJ in different combinations of suits, yes...

C(52,2) = 1326 ways to be dealt 2 cards...
16/1326 = 1.2% chance to be dealt QJ

You mean a King and another non-King card right? 192 different ways...
192/1326 = 14.48% to be dealt exactly just one King.

If you mean at LEAST one King... 198 different ways
198/1326 = 14.93%

Your math is a bit wrong. Lets say you want to find the probability of KQo....

(8/52) * (3/51) = 0.00905 - 0.91%

1st card can be either a King or a Queen for 8 cards.. 2nd card must not be a repeat, and cannot be of the same suit...

Isn't that supposed to be C(47,2) because we know 5 cards. And when you count the chance of having a ten, you have to remember, that the hero has AT. So everything is a little off. It is easy to make these subststions tho so it is not a big deal.

Oh yeah... thats a good point. I was assuming the probability that you would be dealt specific cards. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
