Basically, it seems like 4-line JoB is the game to play, and they may or may not a) correctly credit the bonus or b) allow you to withdraw it, but both can be remedied by persistent support encounters.

I was told by customer support that pontoon was allowed, i have screenshots of it, but now i can't seem to withdraw even though i've met the wagering requirements... hmm...

Serious [censored] headache with this place. The CS is horrible and they tell you about 50 different things regarding WR, allowed games, sticky or not, etc., all within the same phone call. I have no idea if I can cashout at this point.

I was also told I could play pontoon for this, and I played that and Jacks or Better and then was told by the CS rep that those games don't count. I'll be calling back tomorrow; hopefully someone with a brain will be available.
