I'd say your chances of getting your money back from Mr. 72o MP guy is pretty good.

You are going to have a lot of volatility in that game, and that WILL happen to you every day. Every once in a while you will have a day where big cards stand up all day, and you make a couple of hundred big bets.

I tried playing at Ladbrokes because I like their cash-out system but I couldn't stand the crazy play altough I'm sure it could be very profitable.

Maybe I'll try again when I feel more secure about my game, bankroll and nerves /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Did that site really deal a 2 of spades twice in the same hand ? Other than that, you were in a very loose but otherwise unremarkable hand.

I can tell you from experience that a lot of online players, especially at the lower, micro levels are simply inexperienced, chasing every hand, and have no idea that is no way to win over time.

hi marat,
o.k., in this situation, you're on runaway train. that good but sometime not good. here, no good. we fix.

on frop,...let me start over.
on flop, do you see the fast playre on your right hand side? he very good for stategy. he make other player go away. but we must be very careful marat, o.k.?

when fast playre, right side, we go slow. he good for later. go slow with fast player on right side. too many people in good pot.

next round now; when fast player, right side, he bet now. that good for us! when fast player, right side, we wait for this. now big bet. when fast player, right side, and he bet, we make big big bet.
fast player, right side.
but we no make big bet on frop?
when fast player, right side, we wait for turn. we wait for turn.
when........(complete the sentence)
very good!
ren fast player, right side, we no make big bet on flop, we wait for turn! "hey, very good!".
.........(complete the sentence)...........
fast player on right side make big bet on turn becuse.....

o.k., that was very good. the reason the fast player on right side of us bets out on the turn, is because we didn't scare him by raising him on flop. now you try.
fast player right side, big pot, too many people.......
we no bet flop, we wait for turn. we wait for turn.
notice also marat that we didn't scare him. we no scare him on flop so that he bet on turn. puncuation doesn't matter.
we no scare fast player on right side, we wait for turn. and what is he likely to do? exactly right. he will make big bet on turn. before we act.
he will make big bet on turn before we act. and then? exactly right! and now we make big big bet, on turn. we raise. we raise.
and that will scare out too many people left side.
and that will scare out too many people left side.

and that will give you better chance. and that will give you better chance.

fast player, right side, too many people, re go slow. we go slow.
we no scare. we no scare. now he make big bet on turn. now he make big bet on turn.
we make big big bet on turn. we make big big bet on turn.
now scare too many people left side. now scare too many people left side.
we scare out, have better chance. we scare out , have better chance. we scare out too many people left side, give better chance. we scare out too many people left side, give better chance. we scare out with big big bet on turn.
very good marat! that was quite a days work. next week we will learn what to do on the river! bye for now.

hi mhoy,
let me read here....;o.k., mhoy here's what were looking at. marat cannot find a translator and you know something, neither can i? my text strectches the limits of her language comprehension i know, but the alacrity of her native tongue being so far removed from our understanding, since she had the courtesy to keep her communication succint and to the point, i thought as well should i.

but i don't blame you. her lack of knowledge of this basic concept is no fault of your own. obviously the transmittal of her hold em educational communique met severe resistance by the stumbling block of translation. and of course because she no want to lose mo money, i help. she play better now. wait for turn. wait for turn. win big pot!

it is stretching; but i'm not a linguistic specialist. i'll try to make it simpler. thanks for the input.

On the flop. Capped 10 way with AKs against maniacs. So far so good. Be advised, however, that you are probably only going to win this pot about one time in 4. That means that about 1 time in 4 some other reasonable hand is going to win (like TT or 87s), and about 2 times in 4 some piece of crap is going to win. So don't be surprised when they do.

On the flop: 3-bet against 7. So far so good. However, you are never-the-less PROBABLY beat at this time, but should still win, I'd guess, about 2 times in 5. (and getting 6:1 you are making LOTS of money...).

On the turn, BINGO. You should have capped it against this field, since you are drawing live against a lower set and are getting ALL that other money in the pot when you DO have (or make) the best hand. Again, however, you are probably going to lose this pot.

River: Rats. Anything but a 7 or 2. Gotta pay it off.

Well played, but losing was always a more likely outcome than winning. Keep up your spirits.
